1. Arrival / Departure
Arrival must be done on the day of arrival from at least 15.00. The departure must take place on the day of departure at the latest 10.00 o'clock. Overdrafting the check-out time of more than 30 minutes will result in the calculation of an additional night. Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not appear on the day of arrival until 10 pm, the contract will be canceled after a period of 48 hours without notice to the lessor. The landlord or his representative can then freely dispose of the object. A (proportionate) repayment of the rent due to premature departure is generally not.
2. Special requests and ancillary agreements
are basically possible. They must be confirmed by the landlord in writing. The type and size of pets must be indicated.
3. Payment
Payment can be made in principle by PayPal, credit card (MasterCard & Visa) or invoice. We reserve the right to offer you only certain types of payment for the requested booking. The rental agreement is valid by clicking on the button "Verfügbar-jetzt buchen" (available-book now). The confirmation of receipt of the booking follows immediately after the posting of the booking and does not constitute a rental contract acceptance yet. We can accept your booking by sending an order confirmation by e-mail within two days.
Additional costs for water, energy, parking space, waste are not collected.
3.1 Payment via PayPal
You pay directly through your PayPal account. After sending your order, you will be forwarded to PayPal and give the amount free of charge. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, the reservation will be made.
3.2 Payment by credit card
You pay directly in the order process by entering your credit card data. After the booking confirmation, your credit card will be charged with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift certificates etc.
3.3 Payment by invoice
If you decide to pay by invoice, the invoice amount is due 7 days after receipt of the booking documents for payment. If the payment deadlines are not met, the landlord can withdraw from the contract. The non-payment shall be deemed to be rescission and entitled to rent.
4. Resignation
You can withdraw from the contract at any time.

8. Final provisions
